Enjoyable read. Fun, exciting and romantic!
I really enjoyed reading this author, the time period it was set in, and how she described the landscape, clothing, and mindset of the individuals. The romance was also well written. I hope she has more books to write, I will definitely want to read them!
It took me three days to read this great set by Monica McCarty. I was fussed at by my husband for being out of touch to him, because I couldn't put my down until I finished one of the books. A must read for anyone who loves stories about Scottish men in kilts.
After reading the highland guard series I totally feel in love with monica and she writes series which is my favourite not to mention that they are highlanders and HOT....The heroes always save the day. Definitely recommend if you like highland romance...
Scottish Highlander society is fun to learn about.
Found that these books held my interest and at times could not put it down. I've read almost all of Monica McCarty's books and enjoy her writing .
She is one of the very best writers I have found. Tells the story with a lot of research and combines with a wonder fictional story. I just got the new book "Arrow" and love it so far. Read every one of her books. Especially her Highland Guard Series. You will love them and re-read them over and over as I have.
